Plain English:
Essentially, when you enter your credit card information into our checkout, the Secure Server Software locks your information and sends it via a secured (safe) connection to us directly, where it is unlocked. GeoTrust ensures that no one can unlock that information between your computer and ours.
Other Security Issues:
We will never ask for credit card information by email, as this is not a secure form of communication. We urge you not to include your credit card information in any emails you may send us.
If you prefer to place your order over the phone, please call us at 800.345.5766, and we will take your order and payment information.
Payment:
We accept all major credit cards as forms of payment. If the billing information you give us does not match the information provided by your financial institution or if authorization is not given for any reason, we reserve to the right to cancel your order. Once you have resolved the problem, please feel free to place your order again. If you wish to pay by check, please
contact us to make arrangements. Please note that work on your order will not begin until we have received full payment.

Please
contact us as soon as possible with any questions or changes you have. Note that since we begin processing orders within 24 hours, we may not be able to modify your order. Please carefully check all information before submitting your order.

Proofing and Approval:
It is your responsibilty to check all aspects of your invitation proof before approving and finalizing your order. This includes all information such as grammar, spelling and color. We provide you with a complimentary proof, which gives you the opportunity to correct any mistakes without an additional charge. By submitting your approval for your order, you accept all responsibility for any errors in grammar, spelling and color. Also, you accept responsiblity for paying all costs if an order needs to be reprinted because of errors that were on the proof. We strongly suggest that you double check your wording when you submit your order and when you receive your proof.
Shipping and Returns:
All orders include free shipping through the USPS. We include complimentary shipping insurance in the case that your order is damaged upon arrival. If you would like to use a different carrier, please
contact us to make arrangements.
From the day your order is placed, it usually arrives, on average, 4-6 weeks later, depending on such variables as: number of ordered items, complexity of custom design, timeliness of client response and approval, etc. If you need the finished product in less than 6 weeks, please
contact us. Depending on your timeframe, there may be an extra fee for rush delivery.
The most effective way for you to ensure quick delivery is to monitor your email for our proof and any clarifications we may require. Your timely response will minimize any delay.
Due to the personalized nature of your order, we cannot accept returns. Please
contact us if damages are incurred during the shipping process. If you wish to cancel your order after production has begun, there will be a 20% or $50 cancellation fee (whichever is greater). However, once proofs have been approved, orders may not be cancelled.

Overall Timeline:
Your wedding invitations should arrive on average between 4 and 6 weeks from the time you place your order. The actual date is subject to such variables as: number of ordered items, complexity of custom design, timeliness of your response and approval, etc. The most effective way for you to ensure quick delivery is to check your email for our proof and any clarifications we may require. Your timely response will alleviate any delay. If you need your wedding invitations rush delivered, please
contact us. Depending on your timeframe, there may be an extra fee.
Proofs:
On average, you will receive a complimentary proof in 3-5 business days. Custom orders or orders with extra pieces (map cards, reception cards, etc.) may take a little longer.
If you submit changes, and a second proof is required, the turnaround is 3-5 business days.
Post-Approval:
The wedding invitations are sent to the printer after we have received your final approval. The order is packaged and shipped as soon as we receive it back from the printer. There may be printer or shipping delays, so we try to allow extra time in the process.
You will *usually* receive your invitations 2-3 weeks from final approval.
